Flight Bookings Cancellation Policy
All bookings made through www.travonexa.com are considered Refundable or Non-refundable based on the Fare Rules provided by the Airline/Supplier at the time of booking.
Apart from Airline/Supplier charges, Travonexa Private Limited charges an additional Rs 118 (Inclusive of GST).
Domestic cancellation requests must be sent at least 24 hours before departure. Within 24 hours, it is considered No Show. If departure is within 24 hours, contact the airline directly.
International cancellation requests must be sent at least 48 hours before departure. Within 24 hours, it is considered No Show. No refund for No Show or partially unused tickets.
For cancellation rules, refer to the airline's policy or call our customer care number +91 353 354 3100.
Refunds for normal cancellations are processed within 24-48 hours into the agency wallet once approved by the Airline/Supplier. Other refunds may take 45-60 days and are processed only after airline approval.
Transmitted Material
Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. Any message you send to this Site may be read or intercepted by others unless encrypted.
Sending a message does not place any special responsibility on Travonexa Private Limited.
The copyright in the website content belongs to Travonexa Private Limited. Copying or reproducing any part of this site without permission is prohibited except when necessary for availing paid services.
Disclaimer
The material on this Site may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Travonexa Private Limited may make improvements at any time. The materials are provided on an “As Is” basis, without warranties of any kind.

Some destinations involve greater risks. Users are advised to consult local authorities before booking travel.
Travonexa Private Limited reserves the right to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any material posted herein.
Access may be denied to any user at Travonexa Private Limited's sole discretion.
Disputes shall be settled first by good-faith negotiation, failing which arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 shall apply. Venue: Siliguri. Language: English.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.
